Giveaway of Raven Stole The Moon by Garth Stein

Guess what everyone....Sarah over at Terra Communications has very generously offered an extra copy to be given away to one lucky winner.  If you haven't read my review you can find it here.

The rules of this giveaway are going to be pretty simple.  You must reside within the United States or Canada.  You have to be a follower of the blog and you must leave a comment with your email address.

For one extra entry, if you are so inclinded to pursue, please let me know of a book that despite the cover, you went ahead and read and were glad you did.

The contest will run for two weeks, ending on 03/23/10 at 11:59 PM.  The winner will be selected by random.org after which I will email the winner.  The winner will then have 48 hours to contact me with their mailing address or a new winner will be selected.

  1. YAY! First! haha I would love to be entered!! kristacole64@yahoo.com

And a cover I didn't really care for but the story was really good would have to be Del Toro's The Strain a very boring cover!

Can I say though that I love this cover :)

  4. Hi Ryan! How exciting! I would love a chance to read this book! :)

    I follow your blog!

Oh and for the bonus entry - that book would have to be Leave It To Cleavage by Wendy Wax. (Do not laugh at me!)

Ok - laugh a little.... by cover, title, and name, even the authors name... I did not want to read this book. I did and it turned out to be actually pretty funny and not what I thought it would be at all.

  6. You know I want to win this after reading your review! Thanks for the giveaway!

Of course, you know I'm a loyal follower and I'm in the U.S.

The cover I hated was White Oleander, but my mom said it was so good, I had to read it. I was glad I did...I loved it!

  10. I'm a new follower! And recently I read, despite the cover and title and reviews I read about it, Mr. Darcy, Vampyre. I enjoyed it greatly!

  11. I definitely want to read this. I remember the synopsis and thought it sounded good when I read it on Amazon but then forgot what book it was!

I almost didn't read any of Deanna Raybourne's books b/c the covers looked trashy. But they are so awesome (i read them on my kindle so I did not have to see the cover)
