Goodbye to Brittany Murphy

It always sad when someone passes away but when it happens suddenly and to one so young and talented it takes your breath away.

Brittany Murphy, at the young age of 32, passed away from cardiac arrest today and I'm saddened by the loss of such a talent.

She is in some wonderful movies "Clueless", "Drop Dead Gorgeous", "Don't Say a Word", and "8 Mile". Thankfully we have at least 3 more movies yet to come out that she will be starring in.

It is a shame to see people passing away and yet at such a young age. Just awful...

This was such a surprise! I loved her in Clueless and I just can't believe she's gone. Of a heart attack no less. So bizarre.

Thanks for posting!

This is so sad, she was very talented. How does a 32 year old woman die of cardiac arrest? Tragic

Her laughter was so contagious. Loved her! So sad to see her gone.

Just an FYI, I have been in the medical field for many years (Nuclear Medicine specialized first in Cardiac patients and for the last couple of years with cancer patients) and seeing young (under 40) patients die from cardiac arrest is not that bizarre or unusual, sad to say. Many have underlying health conditions that affect their hearts- cancer (must have MUGA scans before treatment to be sure their hearts can handle the treatment), CHD (Congenital Heart Defects), Anti-convulsants, migraine medications, etc. etc. etc.
