Mailbox Monday for 11/7/11

Mailbox Monday is a weekly meme created by Marcia at A Girl and Her Books and is being hosted all this month by her Mailbox Monday Blog.

I won a trade paperback of The Handmaid's Tale from Alexis at Reflections of a Bookaholic during the Banned Book Week Giveaway Hop.

I received a trad paperback of The Doll by Daphne du Maurier for an upcoming TLC Book Tour.

  1. I picked up The Handmaid's Tale a couple of months ago and have been wanting to read it but I just haven't been in the right mood. Though it's definitely a priority.

  4. I've never heard of The Doll either. I had The Hnadmaid's Tale for a long time, but couldn't remember if I read it in college, which I think I did, or only saw the movie. I think it ended up getting donated at some point when I was trying to dig my house out from underneath books!

  14. I have been such a bad blogger bestie. I'm sorry, Ryan. =O(

I have owned A Handmaid's Tale for years and I can't believe I still have not read it. I have The Doll on order right now. I loved her short stories we read for TuesBookTalk. Hoping these will be good too.
