I just came home and found out that one of the most talented singer, songwriters in R&B passed away in her sleep today. She was only 54 years old and she will leave a lasting legacy that will influence generations of R&B artists to come.

wow! I can't believe it either. Loved her songs and she brought so much to the music world.

I saw that on TV earlier. So sad, and even more so this time of year. That song really brings back memories too.
If you only know Lovergirl, you probably don't know how amazing this woman was. She had more soul in her pinky than most singers do today. This is seriously shocking.
Oh Wow, how sad for sure. I knew her voice without having to see her, a legend for sure and still so gorgeous. Like the picture you chose of her.
You know what, I don't really remember her. When she got to the chorus of the song you have here I remembered it, but not really her. Still a shame to be losing all these talented artists.
