I received an ARC of A Land More Kind Than Home by Wiley Cash for an upcoming TLC Book Tour.

For Christmas I got hardcovers of The Twelve Clues of Christmas by Rhys Bowen and The Shadow Rising by Robert Jordan.  I also got a trade paperback of Hercule Poirot's Christmas by Agatha Christie and a paperback of Changes by Mercedes Lackey.

I received a wonderful package in the mail from my friend Beth of Beth's Book Reviews.  She sent along paperbacks of Strong Poison by Dorothy L. Sayers and Champagne for One, Might As Well Be Dead, Too Many Cooks, and The Mother Hunt by Rex Stout.  She also included some wonerful cookes, that are about a fourth gone already.

I won a trade paperback of City of Dark Magic by Magnus Flyte from Wendy of Caribousmom.

I bought a hardcover of The Domino Men by Jonathan Barnes for $1 from The Dollar Tree.

I got an early Christmas present from a friend who knows that I love Steve McQueen.  He bought a four movie DVD that includes Bullitt, Papillon, The Getaway, and The Cincinnati Kid.

I only signed up for one Secret Santa Exchange this year, and I got my present in the mail the other day.  The lovely Audrey of So Many Books, So Little Time was my partner and she sent along two Agatha Christie paperbacks.  I received Dumb Witness and Murder in the Mews.

I received hardcovers of A Christmas Home by Greg Kincaid and Nutcracker by E.T.A. Hoffmann from the publisher, Crown, for review.

I received a hardcover of These Things Happen by Richard Kramer for an upcoming TLC Book Tour.

The lovely Beth of Beth's Book Reviews sent a lovely package to me.  She included paperbacks of Black Plumes and Pearls Before Swine by Margery Allingham and Black Orchids by Rex Stout.  She also included some wonderful homemade cookies that I can't stop eating.  The made some wonderful cakey chocolate chip cookies and maple cookies.  The lovely tin of apple cider tea was lovely as well.

On a trip to a used bookstore, I picked up paperbacks of Man Missing and Wolf in Man's Clothing by Mignon G. Eberhart.  I also got The Emperor's Snuff-Box by John Dickson Carr.

I picked up a $5 DVD of The Exorcist from Wal-Mart.

I picked up two DVDs at Barnes & Noble for 50% of each, "I Confess" and Vertigo.

I'm only showing one cover, but on a trip to the flea market, I picked up 22 Doctor Strange comics.
