Mailbox Monday is a weekly meme hosted by Marica at The Printed Page
I bought Wizards edited by Jack Dann and Gardner Dozois in hardcover off the bargain table at Barnes & Noble.
Since I got V: The Complete Series on DVD for Christmas last year I've been wanting to get the two miniseris that came before it. So I bought V: The Original Miniseries and V: The Final Battle on DVD for $10 a piece at Wal-Mart.

All I remember from the original V was the scary brunette eating a mouse. !
Now that I'm watching the V series on tv, I want to go back and watch all of the originals.
Wish I had your knack for finding such good bargains! Wizards looks really good, so hope you like it. Enjoy!
Wizards looks cool! Can't wait to see what you think about it! :)
I enjoyed the original V series. I should take a look at the new ones.
I keep seeing the ads for V, and it looks very intriguing.
Great books this week, Ryan.

Ooh look Wizards! That one really sounds so good!
So is your V collection complete? Enjoy the viewing - I like having favorite videos around any time I want to watch :)
The Wizard book looks pretty cool...I'd buy it for the cover alone!
I bet my hubby would enjoy those V DVDs!
I haven't heard of the V series -- is it sci-fi?

Hi Ryan, you can't beat Walmart for DVD's, that's for sure. ENjoy them!
Gosh you got a good deal on the dvds. I love the cover on Wizards. You had a great week with the bargains!
I hope you enjoy Wizards. I like the look and sound of that book. And V! Are you watching the series again? It just started last week, and guess what... I missed it. I am going to try my hardest to remember tomorrow night.
Have a great week!
I have The Dragon Book, which was also compiled by Dann and Dozois. I loved the opportunity to read stories by authors I was already familiar with but also finding some I didn't know. I'm looking forward to your review of Wizards.
